This Privacy Policy explains what personal data I collect when you visit withsandrarakas.com or buy planner48, why I collect it, and what rights you have. I only collect what I need.
1. Who I am
withsandrarakas is a brand run by Sandra Milojević, an individual based in Belgrade, Serbia. I am responsible for your personal data. Contact: hello@withsandrarakas.com.
2. What I collect and why
- When you buy: your name, email, country and payment details, to process your order, deliver your files, keep tax records and contact you about your order. Payments are handled by Whop; I never see your full card number.
- When you email me: your email address and message, to answer you and help with your files.
- Emails from me: I may use your email to send you updates, tips and offers about my products. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Where the law requires your consent for this, I only send them if you agreed.
- When you visit the site: technical data such as your IP address, browser and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
I use your data to fulfil your order, to meet legal obligations (such as tax records), for my legitimate interests (security, support, emails about my products), or with your consent. I do not sell your personal data.
3. Who I share it with
- Whop, which runs the checkout, processes payments and delivers your files.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website.
- An email service, once I start sending newsletters.
- Analytics or advertising tools, if I use them. Where the law requires it, they are only switched on after you agree in the cookie banner.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
Some of these providers store data outside Serbia and the EU, for example in the United States, using standard legal safeguards.
4. How long I keep it
Order records: as long as tax law requires (up to 10 years). Support emails: up to 2 years. Email list: until you unsubscribe.
5. Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of your data, or ask me to correct it, delete it, limit or stop its use, or send it to you in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@withsandrarakas.com and I will reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or to the data protection authority in your country.
6. Children
The shop is for people aged 18 and over, or younger buyers with a parent’s permission. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
7. Changes
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
