Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to every purchase of digital products from withsandrarakas, including planner48 and the bonus notebook12. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Seller
The products are sold by Sandra Milojević, trading as withsandrarakas, an individual based in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, email: hello@withsandrarakas.com (“I”, “me”, “withsandrarakas”).
Checkout and payment are provided by Whop. When you pay, Whop’s own terms also apply to the payment. Your purchase contract is with me: I am responsible for the product, support and any refund.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. If you buy for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. The products
planner48 is an undated, hyperlinked digital planner delivered as PDF files, in a Light and a Dark edition, with a Sunday-start or Monday-start version. notebook12 is a free bonus included with every order. No physical item is shipped.
To use the files you need a tablet (ideally with a stylus) and an app that opens hyperlinked PDFs, such as GoodNotes or Notability on iPad, or Noteshelf or Samsung Notes on Android. Please check that your device and app are compatible before buying. Images on the site are illustrations; colours may look slightly different on your screen.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the checkout page. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated by Whop at checkout, based on your location. The full total is shown before you pay.
Payments are processed securely by Whop, using the payment methods shown at checkout. I never see or store your full card details. I may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
5. Order and delivery
The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. Your files are sent automatically to the email address you entered, usually within a few minutes.
Please enter your email carefully. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact me at hello@withsandrarakas.com. I will resend them.
Please download and save your files right after purchase. If you lose access to your files, write to me and I will send them again.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. Because planner48 is digital content delivered instantly, refunds, returns and exchanges are not offered.
Depending on where you live, consumer law may give you a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. This is stated directly above the payment form: by accepting these Terms at checkout and completing your purchase, you request immediate delivery of your files and acknowledge that this right ends once delivery starts. Your order confirmation email confirms this.
If you have any problem with your files, contact me at hello@withsandrarakas.com and I’ll help you sort it out. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Licence: personal use only
When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for yourself. You may:
- use the planner and notebook on your own devices and apps;
- duplicate pages inside your own planner as often as you like;
- print pages for your own personal use;
- share photos or videos of your filled-in pages on social media, ideally tagging @withsandrarakas.
You may not:
- share, send, upload or give the files to anyone else, even for free;
- resell, sublicense or offer the files, or edited versions of them, in any shop, marketplace or group;
- use the designs, pages or the map + boost method materials to create products for sale;
- remove copyright notices or claim the designs as your own.
Each purchase covers one person. For team, classroom or commercial use, email me for a separate licence.
8. Intellectual property
All products, page designs, texts, the map + boost method materials, the logo and the content of withsandrarakas.com are owned by Sandra Milojević and protected by copyright. You buy a licence to use them, not ownership. Unauthorised copying or distribution may lead to legal action and immediate termination of your licence.
9. Third-party apps
GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes and similar apps belong to their owners and are not part of my product. I am not responsible for changes, bugs or costs in those apps, or in calendar apps used with the +ADD shortcut.
10. Limitation of liability
planner48 is a planning tool. It supports your habits and goals, but I cannot promise specific results. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Please contact me first so we can solve any problem together. If we cannot, disputes go to the competent court in Belgrade, Serbia, or the court your local consumer law allows.
12. Changes
I may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you placed your order applies to that order.
